Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Regulations

Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. All members of the European Comminity have a legal duty to minimise the unsorted disposl of WEEE. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. If the electrical item you have is marked with the symbol below it must not be disposed of in general houshold waste that goes to landfill but should be taken for recycling. You can play your part in minimising the effects, to the environment and human health, of the hazardous substances found in Electrical and Electronic Equipment by reusing or recycling the items.

We will take back electrical or electronic items on a like for like basis. If for example you buy a Bluetooth headset from us we will take your old Headset back for recycling. To return an electrical item of the same type that you have purchased please email Customerservice@kondor.co.uk and request a prepaid returns envelope. Please indicate which new item you have purchased to enable us to send the correct size envelope. Alternatively you can take the item to your local council recycling site.

NOTE no money or credit notes will be given for old items being returned.
